I taught Chinese cooking and culture to a roomful of bright-eyed children, eager to wrap and eat! After making Chinese dumplings and potsticker, I led them in playing Chinese bingo to help them (and parents) brush up on speaking Mandarin.
Organized by Hand in Hand, a nonprofit that connects Asian American youth volunteers and families with children from China, everyone had a great time with the games, cooking and eating.
